Cancellation Policy

At Palawan Travel Advisor, we understand that plans may change. Below is our cancellation policy, which outlines how cancellations and refunds are handled for our tour packages.

1. Cancellation by Customer

If you decide to cancel your booking, please notify us as soon as possible. The date of cancellation will be considered the date we receive your written notice. The following cancellation charges will apply:

  • Cancellations made 30 days or more before the tour date will receive a full refund minus a processing fee.
  • Cancellations made between 15 to 29 days before the tour date will incur a 50% cancellation fee.
  • No refunds will be issued for cancellations made less than 15 days before the tour date.

2. Cancellation by Us

In the unlikely event that we need to cancel your tour, you will be notified as soon as possible. If we cannot provide an alternative tour, you will receive a full refund of all payments made to us.

3. Refund Process

Refunds will be processed within 30 days of the cancellation date. The refund will be credited back to the original payment method used at the time of booking.

4. Changes to Cancellation Policy

We reserve the right to modify this cancellation policy at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting the revised policy on our website.
