By booking a tour package with us, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These terms govern your use of our services and outline the responsibilities of both you and our company. Please read them carefully before making a reservation.
1. Booking Confirmation
Once you complete your booking, you will receive a confirmation email outlining your tour details. It is your responsibility to verify that all details are correct. If there are any discrepancies, please contact us within 24 hours.
2. Payment Terms
A deposit of 30% of the total tour cost is required at the time of booking. The remaining balance must be paid no later than 14 days before the tour date. If the booking is made within 14 days of the tour, full payment is required at the time of booking.
3. Cancellation Policy
If you need to cancel your booking, please notify us in writing. Cancellations made 30 days or more prior to the tour will receive a full refund minus a processing fee. Cancellations made between 15 to 29 days will incur a 50% cancellation fee. No refunds will be provided for cancellations made less than 15 days before the tour.
4. Changes to Bookings
If you wish to make changes to your booking, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but changes are subject to availability and may incur additional fees.
5. Responsibility
Our company is not responsible for any personal injury, loss, or damage to personal belongings during the tour. We advise all customers to purchase travel insurance to cover unforeseen events.
6. Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the Philippines. Any disputes arising from these terms will be resolved in accordance with Philippine law.

Cancellation Policy
At Palawan Travel Advisor, we understand that plans may change. Below is our cancellation policy, which outlines how cancellations and refunds are handled for our tour packages.
1. Cancellation by Customer
If you decide to cancel your booking, please notify us as soon as possible. The date of cancellation will be considered the date we receive your written notice. The following cancellation charges will apply:
- Cancellations made 30 days or more before the tour date will receive a full refund minus a processing fee.
- Cancellations made between 15 to 29 days before the tour date will incur a 50% cancellation fee.
- No refunds will be issued for cancellations made less than 15 days before the tour date.
2. Cancellation by Us
In the unlikely event that we need to cancel your tour, you will be notified as soon as possible. If we cannot provide an alternative tour, you will receive a full refund of all payments made to us.
3. Refund Process
Refunds will be processed within 30 days of the cancellation date. The refund will be credited back to the original payment method used at the time of booking.
